E.ON which has been supporting biathlon athletes for several years now, was again one of the main sponsors of the world cup and welcomed its guests at both locations in two stylish hospitality areas.

The location and season-themed lounge areas were designed by Zurich-based agency Office for spatial identity (OFSI). Holtmann was in charge of realization and assembly.

E.On invited into a 250m² tent in Oberhof, high above the Rennsteig-Arena with a magnificent view of the arena. Lounge and dinner area were set up in two sections. Wood and rustic-style decorations gave a cozy atmosphere after an afternoon in the snow.

In Ruhpolding, the "Schneckenbachstube”, a classic log cabin was transformed to a lounge. Traditional materials and modern furniture were cleverly combined for a stay at the open fire.
